1. Return Terms

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Item Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed condition, and include all original packaging and accessories, with no tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return policy:

Opened or used items.

2. Return Request

Please submit a return request to our customer service email within the return period.

Please include your order number and purchase date in your request.

3. Return Procedure

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return confirmation email with your return address.

Please ensure that you use a reliable shipping service and keep good shipping records for tracking purposes.

4. Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, you will receive a refund notification. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirming the item meets our return policy, and the refund amount will be credited to your payment account.

5. Shipping Policy

Standard shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an order error or product defect.

If the package is unusable due to shipping damage, we will cover the shipping costs.
